Pajevic Vladimir

Vladimir Pajovic was born in Belgrade (Serbia) in 1948. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in painting in 1973.

Since 1978 he has been living and working in Rome.

An exponent of magic realism, he has been active in Rome since the early ‘80s.

His painting leaves a strong metaphysical imprint, and is linked to a dream world full of hidden meanings. The Bad Frankenhausen Museum in Germany dedicated to him (along with his wife, Ana Kapor) a retrospective exhibition in 2008.

He has had numerous solo exhibitions in galleries across Europe and America.
