Annalù

Annalù (Annaluigia Boeretto-1976), graduated from Brera Fine Arts Academy in Venice (1999).

The year of 2001 launched her career with participations in several collective and personal exhibitions in Italy as well as abroad; including the world prestigious Venice Biennale in 2011.

The exhibits lists: Blooming on the loom at Wannabee Gallery in Milan, Fluctuation at Galleria Forni in 2008,  Considera-Desidera at St.Salvador’s church, Melori&Rosenberg Gallery in Venice in 2009, Unfolding to the Dac Gallery in Los Angeles, Wannabee Gallery in Milan in 2010 and her solo-exhibit Reverie at Galleria Forni in Bologna in 2011.

During this active period at the start of her young career, Annalù became the recipient of several awards and honorary recognitions, listing: 5 prizes Arte Laguna in Painting and Sculpture section, Pagine Bianche 2006, Stonefly’s prize in 2008.

The artist was also selected to be the Italian representative for a collective show at the International Museum of Vienna Moya. In addition, Annalù has exposed her work in  several museums in Italy (Museum of Natural History in Verona, Rocca Paolina in Perugia/Burri’s Foundation, Palazzo Cà Capello in Venice, Palazzo Ducale in Pavullo; Benetton’s Foundation; San Francesco’s church in Como, San Salvador’s church in Venice) and foreign (Moya Vienna, SDAI in San Diego).

Her work can be found in public and private collections throughout Italy and abroad.
